DAY 1 Arrival in Helsinki
- Welcome to the Land of Thousand Lakes! Upon arrival at the Helsinki airport, you will be driven to your pre-booked hotel.
- Check-in and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- You can choose to explore the city on your own, visiting the Old Market Hall to shop for Finnish souvenirs or have fun at the Linnanmaki Amusement Park.
- Later, you will return back to the hotel on your own for a comfortable overnight stay.
DAY 2 Helsinki Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour
- In the morning, head out to your nearest bus station and board the Hop On Hop Off bus for a city tour.
- Hop on and off as many times as you like at any of the 22 stops.
- Enjoy an onboard audio commentary available in 10 languages and capture the excellent views from the top deck of your double-decker bus.
- Later, get off at the bus station of your choice and head back to the hotel on your own for an overnight stay.
DAY 3 Transfer from Helsinki to Rovaniemi | Northern Lights Wilderness Tour from Rovaniemi
- After check-out from your hotel, you will be driven to the Helsinki Airport for your flight to Rovaniemi.
- Upon arrival at the Rovaniemi airport, you will be driven to the pre-booked hotel.
- Check-in and rest for a while.
- Later in the evening, you will head to Wild About Lapland safari office and board your transfer for your Northern Lights Wilderness Tour.
- After spending time under the dancing arctic lights, head back to the hotel on your own from the drop point for an overnight stay.
DAY 4 Day Trip to Santa Claus Village & Husky, Reindeer Farm
- In the morning, board your transfer from the hotel to the famous Santa Claus Village, home to Santa himself.
- Upon arrival, you will feel the festive cheer in the atmosphere as you head to meet Santa and make your wish.
- After exploring the village, visit the Husky Reindeer Farm and enjoy the interactive thrilling activates like Husky sledge rides.
- After this cheerful experience, you will be driven back to your hotel in Rovaniemi for a comfortable overnight stay.
DAY 5 Transfer from Rovaniemi to Saariselka
- Post check-out, you will board your transfer to the scenic resort village of Saariselka.
- Upon arrival, check-in at your pre-booked hotel and spend the day at leisure.
- You can visit the Urho National Park or head out to the Angry Birds Activity Park for a fun ending to your day.

- The final detailed itinerary, hotel confirmations, and travel vouchers will be shared prior to departure via the registered email ID.

- By confirming the booking, travelers acknowledge and agree to the itinerary, policies, and terms mentioned for the package.
- Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of the booking or travel services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the city of the company’s registered GST address.
- A confirmation voucher will be made available via email within 48-72 hours of successful booking for visa purposes in case of international tour booking.
- Final vouchers will be issued 7 days prior to travel dates in case of international/domestic booking.
- In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel / schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged ( surcharges might be applicable ) and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Refunds are applicable only for bookings marked as refundable at the time of purchase; additional charges apply for refundable booking options.
- If any paid sightseeing or activity becomes non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances (including COVID-related restrictions), the applicable refund will be processed and credited to the guest within 30 days from the date of approval.
- No refund will be provided for complimentary activities or services that are offered free of cost and not charged to the guest.
- In case a package is cancelled due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events, Travestra will endeavour to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to the policies and agreements of partner vendors and service providers.
- If a guest tests positive for COVID-19 prior to travel, the booking may be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability and applicable seasonal surcharges, upon submission of valid medical reports.
- In the event of a travel ban or government restriction affecting Indian travellers for any destination included in the itinerary, an alternative itinerary or reschedule may be offered, subject to availability and applicable seasonal surcharges.
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 30.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Final cancellation policy varies with booking to booking and final cancellation policy will be mentioned in the booking email which you will receive at the time of booking from hello@travestra.com.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
- 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid as per the payment terms finalised at the time of booking.
