Welcome to Travestra. By accessing our website, booking a trip, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any travel package, group tour, adventure trip, or international holiday with Travestra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Policy

  • A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
  • Full payment must be completed before the trip departure date as communicated at the time of booking.
  • Travestra reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not completed within the given timeline.
  • All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, activities, and permits.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package prices are based on current market rates and are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, taxes, government policies, or supplier charges.
  • The final confirmed price at the time of booking will remain fixed unless additional services are requested.
  • Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in each package description. Any service not mentioned in inclusions will be considered excluded.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on vendor policies (hotels, transport providers, airlines, etc.).
  • Processing charges or payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.
  • In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation, refunds may not be applicable.

5. Changes to Itinerary

  • Travestra reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen operational challenges.
  • Any additional cost arising from such changes (extra stay, transport, etc.) must be borne by the traveler.
  • We prioritize traveler safety in all itinerary decisions.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID proof for domestic travel.
  • For international trips, a valid passport, visa, and required travel documents are mandatory.
  • Travestra is not responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, or entry restrictions due to incomplete documentation.

7. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for adventure activities and high-altitude destinations.
  • Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Travestra is not liable for health issues, injuries, accidents, loss, or damage during the trip, except in cases of proven negligence by our team.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, loss of baggage, and accidents, especially for international trips.

9. Liability Limitation

Travestra acts as a travel organizer and coordinator. We are not directly responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
  • Loss of personal belongings

Our liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking.

10. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, trip leaders, locals, and property.
  • Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior causing disturbance may result in removal from the trip without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Travestra website, including logos, text, images, itineraries, and branding materials, is the property of Travestra and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Force Majeure

Travestra shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Travestra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
