- Travellers assemble at the designated pick-up point in Delhi and complete the boarding formalities.
- Meet the trip captains and fellow participants, followed by a detailed briefing covering safety protocols and trip expectations.
- Depart from Delhi in a comfortable AC Volvo bus for an overnight journey towards Manali, marking the official start of the Himalayan adventure.
Note: Dinner is not included on this day; travellers are advised to eat beforehand or carry light snacks for the journey.
- Arrive in Manali and proceed to the hotel for check-in, have a hearty breakfast and check in to your designated rooms, subject to room availability.
- The rest of the day is free to explore Manali at leisure, including Mall Road, Old Manali cafes, riverside walks, and handicraft markets.
- You can also visit the Hadimba Devi, Vashishta Temple Hot Springs, and Jogini Waterfalls on your own.
- Travellers can relax and acclimatise to the mountain environment while enjoying the pleasant weather and scenic surroundings.

- After breakfast, begin the scenic drive towards Sarchu via the iconic Atal Tunnel.
- Drive through Sissu Valley, Keylong, Jispa, and Darcha, offering breathtaking views of rivers, waterfalls, and mountain landscapes.
- Stop at the high-altitude lakes of Deepak Tal and Suraj Tal for photography and short breaks.
- Cross Baralacha La Pass (16,040 ft) and travel through the rugged terrain of Zing Zing Bar.
- Arrive at Sarchu (14,070 ft) by evening, check in to camps, enjoy dinner, and rest overnight under the stars.
Note: Sarchu is located at a high altitude; avoid exertion, stay hydrated, and inform the trip lead in case of discomfort.
- Depart from Sarchu after breakfast and ride through the famous Gata Loops (21 hairpin turns), known for their sharp hairpin bends.
- Cross the high mountain passes of Nakee La (15,547 ft) and Lachung La (16,600 ft).
- Pass through Pang, where you will stopover for lunch.
- Traverse the vast More Plains (40 km straight road), a surreal high-altitude plateau
- Cross through Tanglang La (17,480 ft), each offering panoramic Himalayan views.
- Check in to the hotel, relax after the long ride, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight in Leh.
Note: Follow convoy rules strictly and avoid over-speeding; altitude can cause fatigue.
- Depart from Leh after enjoying a wholesome breakfast
- Ride towards Nubra Valley while crossing Khardung La (18,080 ft), one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
- Later, explore the Diskit Monastery, the largest and oldest monastery in Ladakh, famous for the 100-foot Maitreya Buddha.
- Arrive in Nubra Valley and explore the cold desert landscape and Hunder Sand Dunes.
- Optional activities such as double-hump camel rides or ATV rides can be enjoyed at personal expense.
- Check in to the campsite, enjoy a bonfire (weather permitting), have dinner, and stay overnight in Nubra Valley.
Note: Nights in Nubra Valley can be extremely cold; thermal wear and warm jackets are essential
- Begin the day with breakfast and get ready to start your journey towards Pangong Tso
- Continue the journey towards Pangong Tso (13,860 ft), passing through remote and rugged Himalayan terrain.
- Arrive at the lake and spend time admiring the changing shades of the blue waters. Explore the lakefront, visit the bollywood movies shooting points (3 Idiots & Jab Tak Hai Jaan), watch the sunset, and enjoy stargazing.
- Check into lakeside cottages, enjoy group bonding, have dinner, and stay overnight near Pangong Tso.
Note: There is no electricity at Pangong at night; carry power banks and torches.
- Depart from Pangong after breakfast and drive through the untouched landscapes of.
- Pass through remote settlements such as Chushul, Tsaga Village, and Loma, offering glimpses of high-altitude life.
- Reach Hanle (approx. 15,000 ft), one of the highest inhabited villages in India, located on the ancient Silk Route.
- Check into homestays or cottages, relax, and acclimatise to the altitude.
- Enjoy dinner and stay overnight in Hanle.
Note: Hanle is at extreme altitude; avoid running, alcohol, and heavy exertion.
- After breakfast, head out for an adventurous ride to Umling La (19,040 ft) (the highest motorable road before Mig La) or Mig La Pass (19,400 ft), the world’s highest motorable road.
- Ascend through barren, high-altitude terrain to reach one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
- Spend time at the summit capturing photographs and enjoying the sense of achievement.
- Return to Hanle and enjoy the evening stargazing under crystal-clear skies.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Hanle.
Note: Helmets and riding gear are mandatory; follow all instructions from the bike marshal.
Mig La Pass’s visit depends on permits, weather, and road accessibility. In case Mig La is inaccessible due to snowfall, landslides, or safety concerns, the tour will be rerouted to Umling La Pass, another iconic high–altitude location.
The decision will be made by the tour leader to ensure guest safety and the best experience. Due to extreme altitude, avoid overexertion, walk slowly and stay hydrated. Keep extra warm layers, as temperatures can drop sharply, especially near the pass. Network connectivity may be unavailable throughout the day.
- Depart from Hanle after breakfast and enjoy a scenic drive back towards Leh.
- Pass through Chumathang Village, known for its natural hot springs.
- Visit Shey Palace or Thiksey Monastery, depending on time availability.
- Arrive in Leh by evening and explore the local market for cafes and souvenirs.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Note: Sightseeing en route is subject to road and weather conditions.
- Have breakfast at the hotel. Travel towards Kargil while enjoying the dramatic Ladakhi landscapes.
- Visit the Hall of Fame Museum, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the confluence point of the Indus and Zanskar River
- Explore Lamayuru Monastery and cross Fotu La (13,478 ft) and Namika La (12,139 ft) passes.
- Arrive in Kargil, check into the hotel, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight.
Note: Maintain decorum at religious sites and keep personal belongings secure
- Depart from Kargil after breakfast and travel through the scenic Dras Valley.
- Visit the Kargil War Memorial to pay tribute to the fallen heroes.
- Cross the iconic Zojila Pass (11,649 ft) with stunning views of snow-covered peaks.
- Arrive in Srinagar and check into traditional houseboats on Dal Lake or Nigeen Lake.

- Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of the booking or travel services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the city of the company’s registered GST address.
- A confirmation voucher will be made available via email within 48-72 hours of successful booking for visa purposes in case of international tour booking.
- Final vouchers will be issued 7 days prior to travel dates in case of international/domestic booking.
- In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel / schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged ( surcharges might be applicable ) and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Refunds are applicable only for bookings marked as refundable at the time of purchase; additional charges apply for refundable booking options.
- If any paid sightseeing or activity becomes non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances (including COVID-related restrictions), the applicable refund will be processed and credited to the guest within 30 days from the date of approval.
- No refund will be provided for complimentary activities or services that are offered free of cost and not charged to the guest.
- In case a package is cancelled due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events, Travestra will endeavour to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to the policies and agreements of partner vendors and service providers.
- If a guest tests positive for COVID-19 prior to travel, the booking may be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability and applicable seasonal surcharges, upon submission of valid medical reports.
- In the event of a travel ban or government restriction affecting Indian travellers for any destination included in the itinerary, an alternative itinerary or reschedule may be offered, subject to availability and applicable seasonal surcharges.
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 30.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Final cancellation policy varies with booking to booking and final cancellation policy will be mentioned in the booking email which you will receive at the time of booking from hello@travestra.com.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
- 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid as per the payment terms finalised at the time of booking.
